CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancelled before 180 days before the workshop start date: 100% refund – minus $100 admin fee.
Cancelled within 179 -90 days before the start of the workshop date: 50% refund – minus $100 admin fee.
Cancelled within 90 -1 day before the start of the workshop: No Refund unless I am able to fill your spot. In which case you will be returned your deposit – minus $100 admin fee.
If I am able to fill your spot you will get 100% of your money paid back to you minus any admin fees. Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.
If a student does not pay the remainder of their balance within 3 weeks of the due date I will try to fill their spot in the workshop. If you can’t make your payment during this time, please communicate with me so we can make arrangements.
Right to Refuse Participation
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer if we determine that they are not a suitable fit for the trip. This decision may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to behavior, compatibility with the group, physical fitness, and adherence to safety guidelines. Our primary concern is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and cohesive experience for all participants. In such cases, any payments made for the trip will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.
CANCELATION OF WORKSHOP
I reserve the right to cancel a workshop for medical emergencies, family emergencies, unsafe travel conditions, and weather emergencies. If I have to cancel a workshop a full refund will be made to you. Please note this does not cover any other purchases you may have made like flights, car rental, etc. Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.
TRANSFERRING WORKSHOPS
For logistic reasons, transferring from one workshop to another is not allowed.
TRAVEL
Into the Wild We Go is not responsible for airline and travel cancellations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Into the Wild We Go is not fiscally responsible for any missed time of the workshop due to travel delays or any other delays.
WEATHER
Weather and other circumstances cannot always be predicted and therefore Into the Wild We Go is not responsible for loss of any workshop time or photography instruction.
In the event of weather or an unforeseen circumstance that disrupts, delays and/or inhibits the workshop Into the Wild We Go will try to provide alternative learning opportunities.
INSURANCE
I highly recommend purchasing travel and medical insurance to cover any last-minute change of plans, medical emergencies and travel delay.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By attending this event you agree to allow the workshop leader to photograph and film the event. Photos and videos taken may be used in promotional materials.
LIABILITY
All students will be asked to sign off on a Risk Acknowledgement form prior to the workshop.
