I am excited to announce I have decided to host one more 2021 run of the Glacier National Park Workshop! This will be a 4-day female photography workshop at Glacier National Park. Glacier National Park is known as the “Crown of the Continent”, one visit to the park and you will see how the park earned that name. Glacier National Park is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. While there you will experience mountains, turquoise waters, glaciers, waterfalls, wildflowers, and abundant wildlife. WHAT – Four Day Photography Workshop ( ladies only ) –
WHEN – Sept 1-5, 2021
WHERE – Glacier National Park in Montana
COST – $2500 single occupancy (sold) $2100 shared occupancy (0 left)
TOPICS COVERED – Manual mode, exposure, composition, light, self-portraits, long exposure, composites. Editing videos will be made available after the trip, along with image critiques.
GROUP SIZE – 8 students, 1 instructor
MINIMUM AMOUNT OF STUDENTS: 6 This means the workshop needs to have at least 6 students for the workshop to take place. If this number is not met your money will be refunded in full.
EXPERIENCE – This course is for all levels. Both beginners and advanced photographers will walk away with new skills.
ENDURANCE – Students should expect moderate activity. We will be doing at least 2 hikes that range in length from 2-4 miles with elevation gain. When carrying camera gear this can be quite the workout.
GEAR – Recommended gear requirements are a DSLR or mirrorless camera, camera bag, tripod, filters, wide-angle lens with a large aperture, and zoom lens. A full list with details and specific products will be emailed to you.
TRAVEL – This site has some great info on planning flights. If you will be flying into Kalispell rent your car ASAP, they sell out quickly. If they are sold out when you look please contact me, there are alternative solutions.
ITINERARY – On Wednesday we will meet no later than 4pm (that is when we can check in). If you are there earlier I can meet up with anyone after noon on Wednesday. On Sunday we will plan an optional sunrise shoot and then head our separate ways.
WHATS INCLUDED – 4 nights stay at Whistle Stop Retreat on Lake Five in West Glacier, MT. This place looks seriously amazing, right on a turquoise lake with access to canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards!
All needed permits, along with photography instruction and fun planned outings. Please note, if you’re bringing a car into the park you will need to buy a 7-day pass. Facebook group for students. Course workbook. Editing sessions and videos. Snacks and waters will be available.
WHATS NOT INCLUDED – Airfare, car rental, travelers insurance, food, and admission to any other locations we visit.

HOW TO REGISTER – Email Beth at beth@intothewildwego.photography once an email is received I will respond back with payment info. Please include if you prefer a single or double occupancy room. Emails will be answered in the order they are received. The down payment must be received to hold your spot. Payments will be taken via Venmo if you do not have an account please sign up now to expedite the process. If Venmo doesn’t work for you, I can take a check.
DOWN PAYMENT – $1000, the remainder must be paid within 60 days of the workshop. Down payment can be broken down into 2 payments as well. Please inquire.
REFUNDS – Refunds on deposits will only be issued if I am able to fill your spot.

BETH MANCUSO
Beth Mancuso is a Minnesota based travel photographer. She teaches online courses and in person workshops. She is an official Nat Geo Yourshot Photographer. Her work has been featured by Nat Geo, Huff Post, Click, Sony, Tamron, Rokinon, Midwest Living and more.
